Microsoft Project for Technological Aid to the MSME Entrepreneurs

With a view to serve the various budding entrepreneurs and project managers with cutting edge technological solutions, the MSME-Technology Development Centre, Agra (MSME-TDC) is organising a weekend training programme, Microsoft Project 2013. The training programme is scheduled to be held in Noida on 23rd August and 24th August.

According to a release, “Microsoft Project is a project management software program, which is designed to assist a project manager in developing a plan, assigning resources to tasks, tracking progress, managing the budget, and analyzing workloads.”

The programme aims to improve the work efficiency of the participants by imparting them with the proficient skills of operating PC-based project management software. The course is divided into eight modules, which include creating a project plan file, creating a work breakdown structure, creating and assign resources, finalising the project plan, exchanging project plan data with other applications, updating a project plan, creating custom reports and re-using project plan information.

Lack of technology has always been the key reason for the meager growth of the MSME sector and has never been addressed seriously. Focusing to eliminate this hurdle from the progress path of SMEs, MSME-TDC, Agra is organising this training module, which will help the managers and employees to improve job skills in their current role and managers wanting to enhance management skills to boost their productivity.

Microsoft Project 2013 is especially customised for various business owners of different fields. It is beneficial for site supervisors, as it will train them to improve their scheduling of trades and manage resources more efficiently; it will also boost the business systems and efficiency in productivity.
